Tep Dobry received his PhD degree from the University of California , Berkeley in 1987.   He has been a distinguished member of the University of Hawaii Department of Electrical Engineering since 1989. Along with teaching his schedule of courses he is also the: College of Engineering Director of Academic Affairs, EE Undergraduate Advisor, IEEE Student Branch Advisor, and MicroMouse Advisor.
