IC Chip Data Sheets
The following links are to local copies of pages from the TTL Data Book.
Summaries of these parameters as well as the full data sheet in pdf form
can be found by searching at: http://focus.ti.com/docs/logic/logichomepage.jhtml
The following is a local copy of the 2732 EPROM that was found at batronix.com.
The EPROM has Vss which should be Ground (0 volts), and Vcc should be
5 volts. There is also a Chip Enable (pin 18) and Output Enable (pin
20). Both of these should be asserted (logic "1"). Then
the circuit will turn on and will be connected to its output pins. Since
these pins are negative logic, assertion means 0 volts. Thus, both pins
should be tied to 0 volts.
