Tech Talk on Careers in Engineering with an Emphasis on Communication Systems

Abstract: Many engineering students wonder about 'What am I going to do with an engineering degree?' , 'Why do I have to take this class?' , "What does a System Engineer do?. This talk is intended to help answer those questions as well as show you what we do at Northrop Grumman in Communication Systems. Open discussion is greatly encouraged on general questions that you have relative to an engineering career.
Brief Bio: Richard Sullivan is an EP track BSEE '94 grad who was recruited by TRW. He later got his MSEE at USC, and has spent his most of his career in space and aircraft engineering as well as a few years in telecom during the dot-com bubble. Richard is currently a Department Manager in Comm Systems at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems in Redondo Beach, CA.
