Congratulations to Hidemasa Vincent Mitsui, recognized as the Spring 2019 Outstanding Graduating Senior in Electrical Engineering at the College of Engineering Convocation on May 10. Vincent has been involved in a variety of projects, including nanofluidic diodes, graphene-based transistors, plasmonically enhanced solar cells, and Micromouse. He also served as a teaching assistant for EE 160 and EE 260. Vincent never hesitates to go the extra mile, whether he’s doing classwork, working on projects in his internships, or organizing outreach activities through student organizations. He has regularly received top scores in his courses, impressing his professors with his academic curiosity and work ethic, and has earned the respect of his peers as President of the IEEE-HKN Electrical Engineering Honor Society for the 2018-19 academic year.
