Towards High-Throughput Single-Cell Proteomics using Droplet Microfluidics

Single-cell proteomics can be used to characterize cell populations. To achieve this a high-throughput droplet microfluidic device is designed and tested. The device incorporates mono encapsulation of cells and the ability to merge other microfluidic droplets for single-cell analysis purposes.
