Congratulations to Khaldoon Ishmael, who is receiving the Outstanding PhD Award from the College of Engineering. Khaldoon’s PhD dissertation focused on Microwave and Millimeter-wave Ubiquitous Physiological Sensing Using Low-Cost Doppler Radar and Communication Systems. In 2021, he won a Phase I SMART Scholar of the Year Award.
